This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit MuckyPup or place an order, and how it's used. MuckyPup is operated by an individual seller based in the United Kingdom. Contact: sakib.websites@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Order data. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Stripe shares your name, email, and delivery address with us so we can ship your order and provide support. Your delivery details are shared with our fulfilment partner and courier solely to deliver your parcel.
• Advertising data. This site may use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and shares visit and purchase events with Meta Platforms so we can measure our ads. See Meta's privacy policy.
• Emails you send us, kept as long as needed to help you.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it

• Fulfilling and delivering your order — performance of a contract.
• Measuring advertising — consent / legitimate interests.
• Keeping sales records — legal obligation.

Sharing & retention

Data is shared only with the processors above (Stripe, our fulfilment partner/courier, Meta, Cloudflare). We never sell personal data. Order records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email sakib.websites@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO.

Cookies

The only non-essential cookies come from the Meta Pixel, used for ad measurement. Block cookies in your browser settings or manage personalised ads in your Meta ad preferences.
