If you or your dog aren't happy with the kit, email sakib.websites@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and full refund of the product price. Items should be returned unused or in resellable condition where possible — but talk to us either way; we're reasonable.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email us and we'll confirm the return address. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back, to your original payment method. Return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation is paid by you.
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, that's on us: email a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund including postage — whichever you prefer. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page.
