Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery to UK addresses is free.
Orders are processed within 1 working day and typically delivered within 5–10 working days with tracking. If an item is delayed beyond 30 days you're entitled to cancel for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns.
You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from the day you receive your order, plus our 30-day money-back guarantee. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full including postage. Details on the Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our products are grooming accessories for dogs. Always supervise use, check for wear, and stop using any item that becomes damaged. They are not toys and not for human or veterinary medical use.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You can also use the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
